Eat With Joe! My cousin Joe and his wife Beth took their honeymoon over the winter in our homeland of Taiwan, where we still have lots of family living there. He chronicled their entire gastronomic journey with beautiful food photography and hilarious commentary on his blog. Stinky tofu? Night markets? They went through it all.
Now that they’re back in the US, Joe has begun to add recipes, beginning with our Grandma Chang’s egg and ginger fried rice. Grandma Chang passed away in November, so Joe is sharing her recipe in her honor and memory. <3
