Growth is good, but can feel weird.
I’ve been at blip.tv for almost two-and-a-half years. It’s been quite a ride. When I started the sales team was essentially me and this one other guy. I was tasked with the following: build a sales organization; drive revenue. And do this fast please.

Imagine what it feels like to go from five people in a tiny apartment on the edge of Chinatown to 55+ people spread out across multiple offices… It’s crazy.
Incredibly cray-cray. The growth just in the time I’ve been with the company (eight months as of tomorrow, wow they’ve flown by) has been astounding.
Full steam ahead, y’all.
